We really hope that you love your TDP Order, but if you need to, it’s really easy to return items for exchange or refund!

1.Dispatch Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-7 days.

Orders are picked and packed 7 days a week, and are dispatched Mon-Fri.

Once you’ve decided what to buy, select your shipping method at Checkout.

Remember that we are a small Company made of a few people, we do our best to ship the pacel as soon as possible after receiving your order confirmation.

If you would like to return your item for a refund or exchange, please send the item(s) back to us within 30 days of receipt.

To Exchange / Return your item(s) please send un email to info(@)

The email must include your order number (found on your order confirmation email), your full name and the item(s) you would like to return/exchange. 

Before returning your items back to us, please make sure they are in the same condition as you received them. All items must be:

  • In the original packaging with the label/tag attached
  • Unworn, unwashed and unmarked
  • Perfume, make-up and smoke free
  • Free from pet/animal hair

All items are inspected upon return. 

If you are sending a return from outside the Europe, you must clearly state on the customs form that the parcel is a return and you will be responsible for the custom duties.

Once your return parcel has been received, we will process your refund within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange/refund has been processed. 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

If the return fee exceeds the amount of the order (plus shipping costs), the package will be abandoned and you won’t be refunded.

4. Refunds

We will always endeavour to ensure your order reaches the correct address but it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the correct address is provided at the point of order, particularly when ordering internationally.

If the order is returned to us because of incorrect delivery details the customer will be responsible for the cost of resending the item.

Please note the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your refund will have the original shipping costs deducted.

We do not offer a free returns policy. 

The refund will not be issued if the customer fails to collect the package from a pick-up point and the item is than destroyed.

The refund will not be also accepted if the customer fails to insert the right address during the ordering process and the parcel is than lost.
